Bilal grew up teaching himself guitar and piano, fell deep into The Beatles at junior high, and spent years as a rock guitarist before anyone heard his voice. His solo debut "Biarlah" (2018) was almost an accident, he didn't take it too seriously, and it became a hit anyway.
